 VDS系列為我們研發的其中一項利用高靈敏度和特異性NASBA技術的獸醫類診斷產品。此產品只需少量病毒RNA 樣本，在連續、等溫的環境下由聚合酶進行大量複製，並具有兩種探測方法﹕
(1) 電化學發光法測試 (ECL) 版本 (應用 NucliSens 電化學發光法閱讀器)
(2) 酶聯探針捕獲微孔板 (MP) 版本 (應用 ELISA 分析器)
所有 VDS 測試試劑盒均配備進行複製及檢測核酸所需試劑，劑量足夠進行五十次反應。 |
